Working with the team at Fifth Ring, I created a series of brochures, press adverts and web design for Drum Property Group to promote the Prime Four business park. The Prime Four brand was created to promote the fact that it was a prime business space, located only 4 miles from the city centre, and the essence of the development was to promote a healthy work/life balance. I also designed the brochure, folder and website for the on-site nursery, creating a fun and energetic styling to complement the existing logo.
